For Authors
Prior to submitting your manuscript, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the journal website and complied with the following key policies and procedures.
- Scope & Originality: Non-related articles will be rejected directly. The manuscript must represent original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work and approved the final version for submission. At least one corresponding author should be designated with correct contact details.
- Ethical Standards: Authors should follow our publication ethics policies, especially when manuscripts report research involving human or animal subjects. Declare any potential conflicts of interest for all authors.
- Copyright and License: All accepted manuscripts will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) Authors retain copyright and grant readers to freely download and use the content in their articles. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted material included in the manuscript.
- Manuscript Formatting: Prepare your manuscript according to the journal’s specific formatting guidelines (see the Submission page of the targeted journal).
- Open Journal Systems: Lumina Press uses Open Journal Systems to run our journals. Anyone interested in submitting to our journals can freely register with the journal. If already registered, authors can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass initial checks will be sent for peer review, as per the journal’s standard practice. The corresponding author will be notified if there is any update.
- Appeal: Authors have the right to file a complaint with the Editorial Office of the journal or the publisher.
- Post-Acceptance: An APC is payable upon acceptance. Corresponding authors will be invoiced. Accepted articles will be transferred to our production team for typesetting and proofing. Authors will receive a proof for final checks.
- Promotion: Upon publication, you are encouraged to share your article widely, through your institutional repository, academic social networks, and other professional channels, in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license.
