Open Access Policy
Lumina Press is committed to the principles of open science, publishing our journals in a Gold Open Access model, typically under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under the license:
- Peer-reviewed articles are immediately, permanently, and freely available online for anyone to access.
- Users are granted the right to share and adapt the material in these articles for any purpose without obtaining permission, even commercially, provided the original work is properly cited.
For special requirements, authors may apply to the publisher to use the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
To support academic continuity, Lumina Press also offers a “Delayed Open Access” option (e.g., making content openly available after a 24-month embargo) to ensure the continuity of the scholarly record while accommodating diverse access needs.
